What is UNLV Today?
UNLV Today is a daily e-newsletter for faculty and staff.
Why was it created?
UNLV Today was created to deliver campus information in a consistent format. The e-newsletter also minimizes the number of e-mail messages delivered to employees.
What happened to UNLV Information?
UNLV Today replaces the UNLV Info list.
Will there still be UNLV Official messages?
Yes. UNLV Official messages are for the entire campus.
Do you have to be subscribed to read messages?
No. You can read the messages online if you prefer. You have to be subscribed to submit a message.
What kind of messages can I submit?
The same type of messages that were submitted to UNLV Info can be submitted — information that may be of interest to the campus community. Read content guidelines and policies for more information.
How long will I be able to view messages?
Messages are available for 14 days. Event category messages are available until the event ends.
Why is there a limit to how long the message can be?
In order to keep the attention of the reader, it is important to keep messages brief and easy-to-read.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
